A rapidly expanding multinational medical devices (reagent or IVD) company is looking for a talented candidate for a newly created New Product Development Manager job in Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a project and work closely with internal stakeholders towards project accomplishment.
About the New Product Development Manager (Reagent or Instrument) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the role is responsible for leading all product development and technical transfer activities of products, both reagents and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design transfer of products (reagent and instrument) from other sites
- Responsible for the entire product localisation process according to the development plan
- Responsible for providing technical support to the production department and quality department, and deal with customer's feedback
- Responsible for writing relevant technical documents and cooperating to complete clinical trials and regulatory registration work
- Responsible for managing the R&D team, performance evaluations of team members, and improving their skills
- Plan the project schedule and write the development plan, and allocate the team's work according to the project schedule
To succeed in this New Product Development Manager (Reagent or Instrument) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of research and development of IVD products.
Key Requirements:
- Background in biology, biochemistry, or chemistry, with a master's degree or above
- Experience in molecular biology experiments, better have rich experience in immunological platforms
- At least five years of R&D management or New Product Development experience in the IVD industry or related field
- Have MOH registration experience and be able to support RA department for clinical studies and product registration
- Proficiency in English language skills (written and spoken)
